Certified Animal Hospice Counselor Training :
TIMELINE
Level 2 CAHC Program:
Fall Session (2024):
- Dates: September 2024 - November 2024
- Begins on the second Sunday in September (due to the Labor Day weekend)
- Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)
- There will be a break in the middle of the 3 hours of each session
Spring Session (2025):
- Dates: March 2025 - May 2025
- Begins on the first Sunday in March
- Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)
- There will be a break in the middle of the 3 hours of each session
Required:
- Level 2 Training takes place LIVE virtually/online on Zoom
- There will be 6 Sessions every other Sunday spread over 12 weeks
- Attendance for each session is mandatory (however, exceptions and special situations will be considered on an individual basis)
- 18 hours total of training
- We will have special arrangements for International Students
- AHG Level 1 CAHF Credentials prerequisite
- There are no additional resources needed for this course
- You will receive CAHC Credentials after you have completed the required sessions and passed the essay assessments

Enrollment Process for the
Level 2 CAHC Program
Enrolling in the Level 2 CAHC Program is simple!
- STEP 1 : Complete the online Level 2 CAHC Program Application
- Prerequisite: AHG Level 1 CAHF Credentials
- Simply fill out the short application form on this page
- STEP 2 : Meet & Greet
- We’ll set up a brief introductory phone or Zoom meeting with the Animal Hospice Group
- STEP 3 : Enroll & Pay
- An email notification will be sent to you containing an enrollment/payment link
- STEP 4 : Receive access to the program
- An email notification will be sent to you containing your login information and you’ll be ready to attend the first class
